• All candidates are employees of Moster Legal Placement, Inc., with our company responsible for salary, tax withholding and other requirements.

• Hourly billing rates are discussed and arranged in advance of assignments based upon the candidate's experience and capabilities.

• All communications with contract legal professionals are conducted on the same basis as permanent professionals -- with honesty and complete confidentiality.  

• Hourly compensation rates will be set in advance of assignments based upon the candidate's experience and expectations, as well as those of the law firm or company utilizing the contract professionals.
