• We work on a purely contingent basis, so do not get paid unless we find you the right candidate for the job.

We follow the Code of Ethics promulgated by the  National Association of Executive Recruiters.  Accordingly, our common and best practices bind us to represent clients and candidates with complete honesty, discretion and respect for confidentiality.

• All of our communications with legal candidates, including interviews and review of resumes, are handled in complete confidence.  We will never send anyone's resume anywhere without first getting their permission.

• On selected occasions, we will actively market a candidate who is interested in making a move to other law firms or companies.  Such marketing campaigns are handled discreetly, so that the prospective employers we contact will not know or be able to guess the candidate's identity or current employer.
